SUMMARY
The ultimate tool for effortlessly and cleanly cutting both ropes and hoses! This is an advanced anvil-type utility shears designed with an exchangeable blade system and a patented multi-axis mechanism.
By focusing user grip power directly onto the material, it delivers clean, strain-free cuts without crushing plastic hoses or binding on thick cords. Built with an ultra-lightweight aluminum grip and a highly adaptive adjustment system, it offers fatigue-free operation tailored to any hand size or workload.
FEATURES
-
Anvil Design: Works like a knife on a cutting board; 100% ambidextrous.
-
Ergonomic: Ends shock at the final close to prevent wrist strain and tendonitis.
-
Constant Sharpness: No rubbing blades means zero looseness/wobble over time.
-
Easy Maintenance: Quick swap with 1 screw (cutting blade) or a simple slide (anvil blade)—no adjustment needed.

-
Patented Multi-Axis Mechanism: The blade opens at half the angle of the handles, concentrating maximum leverage and grip power directly onto the material for effortless cutting (Patent No. 5547700).
-
Deep-Jaw Capacity: Designed to feed thick materials right into the deepest part of the jaws, allowing large-diameter ropes to be sliced cleanly without strain.
-
Crush-Free Hose Cutting: Delivers a perfectly straight, clean cut on plastic hoses without flattening or crushing their shape.

-
2-Step Opening Adjustment: As shown in the image above, the handle opening angle can be toggled between two stages.
-
Ergonomic Adaptation: Easily customizes to your hand size and the material thickness for maximum working efficiency and comfort.

-
3-Stage Spring Tension Adjustment: Features an internal tension spring that can be set to three different strength levels to match the user's preference or task requirements.
-
Heavy-Duty Tension Spring: Uses a securely housed extension spring instead of standard coil or torsion springs, preventing it from snapping or popping out during heavy use.

-
One-Touch End Hook: Allows for easy one-handed locking. Simply squeeze the handles slightly and press the hook against your body (like your leg) to engage the lock instantly.
-
Three-Position Hook Storage: Customize the hook setup to fit your workflow:
-
Ready Position: For quick, one-handed locking during active use.
-
Rear Position: Keeps the hook out of the way to prevent accidental locking.
-
Internal Storage Position: Tucks the hook completely inside the handle—ideal when storing the shears in a holster or carrying case.
-

-
Lightweight Aluminum Die-Cast Body: The core handle is constructed from high-durability aluminum die-cast, striking a perfect balance between lightweight comfort to reduce fatigue and rugged strength for heavy-duty tasks.
-
Ergonomic Elastomer Grip: The handle surfaces are coated with a resilient elastomer resin, providing a comfortable, non-slip texture with the ideal amount of cushioning for prolonged use.

-
Impulse-Hardened Edge: The very surface of the cutting edge undergoes high-frequency impulse hardening—a premium treatment adapted from our signature saws—to significantly boost wear resistance.
-
Chip-Resistant Engineering: Hardening is strictly confined to the outermost surface layer. This deliberate depth control prevents the blade from becoming brittle, effectively protecting it against chipping under heavy pressure.

-
Integrated Lanyard Hole: Features a dedicated attachment hole at the base of the handle for securing a wrist strap or safety tether.
-
Drop & Loss Prevention: Ideal for high-altitude work to prevent accidental drops, or simply for wrapping around your wrist to keep the tool secure and prevent losing it on the job.

-
Adjustment-Free Blade Replacement: Swap worn components quickly without the need for precise alignment or complex fine-tuning.
-
Step-by-Step Replacement Process:
-
With the shears fully closed, use a screwdriver to remove the cutting blade's fixing screw.
-
Open the shears, lower the cutting blade slightly toward the anvil (base) blade, and slide it forward to remove.
-
Insert a flathead screwdriver or a narrow tool (4 mm or less) into the gap between the anvil blade and the body. With the shears closed, use leverage to slide and remove the anvil blade in the direction of the arrow (it can also be removed using the lower ▲ section).
-
Slide the new anvil blade in from the front, pushing it completely into place.
-
Mount the new cutting blade onto the spine backing.
-
Squeeze the grips to lightly press the cutting blade against the anvil blade to hold it in place, align the screw holes, and tighten the screw securely with a screwdriver.
