＜Impact hardening＞

• Only the surface of the saw blade is heat-treated with impact energy to obtain a hardened layer by heating it to the hardening temperature in 0.003 to 0.005 seconds.
• The surface hardness is finished to Hv900-1200.

＜Side Grinding Blade＞

• The edge of the blade is intentionally stepped to improve sharpness.

• The blade is made up of a series of two blades on the left and right sides, both ends of which are sharply pointed like a cutter knife.
• The steps vary from 0.07 mm to 0.22 mm, depending on the application and material thickness.
• Since a saw cannot achieve good cutting performance unless the shavings are discharged, a low step blade acts only to discharge the shavings.
