Resistant to rust: This is a classic model representing G・SAKAI. The blade uses low-carbon stainless steel, which is highly resistant to rust. Furthermore, even small parts such as screws are made of 18-8 stainless steel, giving the overall product high corrosion resistance.

Half Serrated Blade type: Half serrated blade have strong power to cut through the delicacy of ingredients straight, and they perform well in situations that require precision for thin slicing and detailed work. They are suitable for keeping the surface of the ingredients unblemished and creating beautiful cross-sections.
