Gold G-1 is a finish whetstone for planes, chisels, kitchen knives, scissors, and other precision blades. The highest-grade ultra-fine abrasive is used to ensure even hardness. The blade and whetstone adhere well when used, and a fine, sharp edge can be obtained with a soft touch.
Before use, soak the whetstone in water for about 3 minutes to let it absorb enough water.
