SUMMARY
Misuzu Hamono's kitchen knife is an All-purpose kitchen knife invented by Shinji Suzuki, the founder of them in 1946.
He had an epoch-making idea to use stainless steel, which has a rustproof feature, for the base metal of a kitchen knife, and he produced the first “sharp and rustproof kitchen knife” in Japan, in which both sides of blade steel are sandwiched by stainless steel.
